파스-타(PaaS-TA)는 해외 벤더 중심의 클라우드 플랫폼 시장에서 국내 IT 서비스 경쟁력 강화를 목표로,
한국지능정보사회진흥원(NIA)의 지원으로 다양한 국내 업체와 협업을 통해 만든 개방형 클라우드 플랫폼입니다.
오픈소스 기반의 PaaS(Platform as a Service)로서 PaaS-TA의 "TA"는 PaaS에 올라 타 또는 고마워(Thank you)의 의미입니다.
클라우드 시장의 주요 선진국은 플랫폼 서비스에 주목하고 있고, 오픈소스 기반의 PaaS를 활용한 정부 표준 클라우드 플랫폼 채택·확산을 추진 중에 있으며,
또한, 클라우드 PaaS 플랫폼은 전 세계적으로 글로벌 기업 중심으로 시장주도권 선점을 위한 경쟁이 치열한 상황입니다.
"파스-타"는 외산 PaaS가 주도하는 클라우드 시장에서 국내 플랫폼 기술의 경쟁력을 확보하고자
개방형 클라우드 기술 개발과 표준화, 공공 부문 선도 적용 · 확산, 국내 기업 기술 경쟁력 강화 지원을 목적으로
과학기술정보통신부와 한국지능정보사회진흥원(NIA)이 연구개발(R&D) 지원을 통해 국내 5개 소프트웨어 기업과 함께 개발한 오픈소스 클라우드 플랫폼입니다.
2016년 4월에 처음 파스-타 공식버전인 1.0 스파게티가 공개되었고, 2022년 2월 새로운 버젼인 파스-타 6.0 아넬리가 출시되었으며,
차세대 전자정부 서비스의 공통기반인 전자정부 클라우드 플랫폼에 적용되어 향후 클라우드 기반 전자정부 서비스의 표준 개발, 운영 환경을 제공하는 역할을 수행할 예정입니다.

2. Grant of Copyright License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual, worldwide,
non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the Work and such Derivative Works in Source or
Object form.
